I purchased real player plus for $39.99. But I was never sent the link where I can download it. Where can I download it?

  upper right, is a icon, that says sign in.

  Just sign in, and it will automatically becomje premium.

  you must sign in, before it will upgrade.

  You can download RealPlayer and install from www.real.com. Instructions to install RealPlayer are here:
