Windows update has again caused trouble
Hello!
You have helped me with this before. Windows updated and my RealPlayer says I have to upgrade to Premium. I'm signed in, all my stored videos are there, but I have 0 minutes to burn. (?)
I have copied this next portion to hopefully help fix this. I'm pasting it here.....

RN Support,
Thank you for the nice discount on my re-installing RealPlayer. Much appreciated!
***However, just like the last 2 times I upgraded, my stored library is gone. I specifically asked
about this possibility in my interactions on here. Any way at all I can recover them?
So, I've already purchased the premium. That was time number 3. It's still a tremendous deal though.
Any help provided is really appreciated!

I'm sorry that my 1st post was unclear. Upon reading it, let me clarify the problem.
Windows updated again and now I can't burn DVDs in my RealPlayer. It's freshly bought.
How can I fix this issue?
Thank you!

Can you please ensure that you are signed into RealPlayer? Singing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features which includes DVD burning. Here are instructions to sign in:

RN Support, thank you for responding to me again!
You solved everything last time and I appreciate that!
Yes, I am signed in. There are zero min to burn and it says "Disabled". When I click on the disabled, it advertises
the upgrade to be able to burn DVD's. I very recently upgraded again.
Thank you for trying to help me!
