Can't download Youtube video today after upgrade to Realplayer premium?

Can you please check why I'm able to download Youtube again as of today>
You were very helpful in March and I was able to download Youtube but I can't anymore and hope that you can help me with this problem.
I have Windows 7 and currently have Realdownloader version 220. As I recalled, after troubleshooting you had copied a dll file to a folder in my computer and everything is working.
Can you please help?
