Téléchargements Impossible sur You Tube

Bonjour,

Je ne parviens plus à télécharger certaines vidéos sur You Tube. Notamment les vidéos: https://www.youtube.com/watch?..... Je ne sais ni pourquoi ni comment faire pour résoudre ce problème.

Pourriez-vous, svp m'aider.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  You have the correct version and we are wondering why you are still unable to download videos. We suspect that your firewall is blocking the downloader. Anyway, we sent you an email. We'll take it offline.
