realplayer no link to download it

real player have not sent me anything to my email so i can download what i am paying for but, the have took money out of my bank account such as the monthly payment i think it s being sent to the wrong email i sure need help to get this working

  will i up graded to the $24.99 express and still can't get real player to download it. one thing we all know. they won't return a dam dime that they have took. from anyone
