Can't Download

Just started having this problem. When I try to download a video, Windows Defender blocks it. I'm on Windows 10 Pro x64 PC and I'm using the downloader on the Chrome browser Version 116.0.5845.140 (Official Build) (64-bit). The Defender popup says something about "controlled folder access blocked" or something like that.
