Unable to install RealTimes

I had to uninstall and re-install real player it goes all the way to start real player nothing happens and I have no icon

  Inable to install Realtimes. (Real Player)

  Real player quit downloading videos so I tried to reinstall it and was unable to.  I even paid for another plan was unable install that too.  Getting error  code: CERT-AUTH-FAILED. What can I do?
