Can't burn DVD

We purchased our RealPlayer license last sometime...I've burned dozen's of DVD. I tried to burn a new DVD today and the application is telling me I need to upgrade to Premium in order to burn to DVD...What's UP??? When did this change on my account? Or, is something else happening?
