Some videos are downloading in a different language than what is being played.

All my programs/systems are set to the English language. In the past week or so I've downloaded some random videos that play English on YouTube, but when I play them on my computer they are playing in either Spanish or German instead of English.

  This issue was resolved a long time ago. Here are instructions to get the latest downloader.

  This is happening to me as well.  The video is on YouTube in ENGLISH.  But when I downloaded it, it plays in GERMAN.

  I thought it might be the video, so I downloaded a different video.  It played in a completely different language.

  I check for updates and it says I have the latest version.

  Let's get this figured out please!
