Can't play DVD's in Real Player Plus

 I purchased Real Player Plus a few days ago and have burned some old family VHS tapes to DVD using RP- that worked fine. However I can't get these DVD's to play in RP (they do play in other apps like Power Media Player for Dell). I clicked on Check for Updates and did download 2 updates today and then I could play the DVD (the one and only time). But now when I try to play the DVD again it doesn't work and when I check updates it says  I have all the latest software. Any suggestions?

  Can you please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer?

  Have you tried to reinstall RealPlayer. I am guessing something went wrong with the installation.
