I have currently a real player plus which is valid until mid.february 2018(next week )
I like to update my account to real player premium plus but i want to have your confirmation for my question below:
Since i have the realplayer plus software i am not able to download videos from youtube and transfer it to my usb stick to listen without using my laptop (transfer my music from laptop to a external device? yes or no?
I like to mention that i had many times this problems and never get direct clear answer from you and this time i want to have you best software and most expensive one(premium or premium plus whatever you offer for sell) so i can be sure i have the latest best program just to be able to do transfer my downloaded music or movies to external device(USB stick) to have it with me on my work or trips,as you see i explained my plan very clear,so ask you friendly but very certain to answer me the same way,can i do this or not.If yes please send the product which i have to update my actual membership into it,or just say no.
I want to mention that i have a record of my account and all conversations with real player support in details any tactical answer to convince me to buy and later not be able to gain what i asked for will be fatal move from you.
I expect your answer before my actual valid membership will expire at 11.02.2018

Hello John,
We don't have that feature where you can transfer files from RealPlayer to an external device. However, you can always download Videos and convert them to MP3. These files that are downloaded are actually stored in your computer. You will need to use Windows Explorer to transfer to an external device. We used to have this feature in one of our old versions (which we don't sell anymore) due to design changes.

None of our paid products have this feature.

I also have premium account and pay for it monthly. Now I cannot play my CD's and player is asking for me to upgrade.
