HELP! HELP! RealPlayer Crashes When Opening Library
I have purchased RealPlayer Plus 18.1.10. I also have RealTimes Unlimited. My computer runs on Windows 10.
I launch RealPlayer, but EVERY TIME I click the LIBRARY tab, RealPlayer crashes. I cannot access my library through RealPlayer at all. Ever.
I CAN access the MENU, NOW PLAYING, WEB VIDEOS, and WEB tabs, but the LIBRARY tab always crashes the program.
And, therefore, I cannot play any of my music or videos on my computer hard drive.
I have gone through many of the help articles. I have ensured my RP cookies are enabled, I reset my RP cookie. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the program.
Nothing solves the LIBRARY tab problem.
Any thoughts?

This clearly tells me your library's database has been corrupted. A database can be corrupted due to various reasons.
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps from this link:
Please note: Doing this would remove your playlists but all your files will still be in your PC. If playlists are removed, you will have to recreate them.
Let me know how it goes.

BuddaBing!
You are a genius. Losing the playlists is a small price to pay to make this work again.

On a related topic, it is now asking me to purchase Real Player Plus. Pretty sure I already did that -- RP Plus is included in RealTimes Unlimited, isn't it?.
I have signed in. There is the star next to my name (I'd attach a screen shot if I new how), but there is a note in the bottom right corner of the player to purchase Plus.

I've sent you an email. We'll take it from there.
And yes, I see you have RealTimes subscription. With this subscription, you will get RealPlayer Plus as well.
