distorted videos when burned

when I open my Realplayer library and without playing a video the control panel at the bottom of the screen appears i.e. the PLAY PAUSE SOUND LEVEL FAST FORWARD panel. The same happens when I go to the BURN VIDEO screen. Since this started when I burn a video from my Library the burned video is distorted. The images appear like a mirror of themselves. I have uninstalled and installed RealPlayer, but the problem still exists.

  Can you please follow the instructions from this link to reinstall RealPlayer. These instructions are slightly different to the normal re-installation process.
