RPSYSTRAY ERROR AND ALL ATTEMPTS TO SEND REPORT FAIL.

The “rpsystray has stopped working” error persists despite my having followed many online fixes.  Attempts to send the report  always fail because "SMAP is disabled (negative priority)", but I don't know what that means? Are there compatibility issues with my Windows 7 pro 64 bit x86? If I cleanly uninstall RP-RT, my computer performs admirably but not so if I reinstall it. This problem emerged a month ago.

  Please follow these steps to reinstall RealPlayer. (These are slightly different from the regular reinstall steps)

  Please note: If you have any playlists, you will have to recreate them.

  Thanks for your input, but I've followed these exact, detailed instructions. Despite a clean uninstall and then reinstall, the same error message appears.
