Refund Request RealPlayer Plus
Ordered upgrade to RealPlayer Plus on May 6. Unable to make it work. Also, unable to reach anyone for help. Please refund my money and tell me how to remove the upgrade.

A couple of days ago I upgraded and paid for a year my dvd's don't play right and I can't upload any videos. It keeps asking me to buy more space

You should sign into RealPlayer to play DVDs. Here are instructions to sign in:

If you think the DVD is scrambled, please follow the instructions in this link:

Lastly, you purchased RealPlayer Plus. This comes with 1GB of Cloud space. If you want to upload more, you will have to subscribe to RealTimes Premium that comes with 25GB of Cloud space.
