Video Download in MS Edge or Goggle
On my current laptop, Win 10, I do not get the Video Dropdown Box when using MS Edge or Google Chrome. It works fine with IE 11.
I just purchased as new laptop with Win 10. I downloaded and installed RealPlayer today. On the new computer the Video Dropdown Box is there in MS Edge and Google.
So I went back to the first Laptop uninstalled and reinstalled Real Player today with no change and the Video Dropdown box is still not there in MS Edge or Google Chrome.
Puzzled Why the difference in the laptops as the are basically the same. Do I need to uninstall and reinstall MS Edge & Google Chrome?

You can follow the steps from this link to reinstall RealPlayer.
Additionally, you can reinstall the browsers too.

I finally solved my own issue. I had RealDownloader open in IE and decided to check RealDownloader>Preferences.
I discovered "Turn On This Video" was not checked. Checked it and now it works.
A clean uninstall/Install may correct it setting Downloader "On" as a default.
As previously stated I uninstalled/installed RealPlayer with no change.
When I installed on the new computer it would have been a First Time install.

I am happy that you resolved the issue. I am surprised that it was unchecked because by default this setting is checked and enabled. Anyway, I am glad it is working for you now.
