I purchased a license to run real player plus.

please note that I had paid for an upgrade to run real player plus on my PC. When I try to install real player, I am being asked again to pay for real plus features, when I have already done so.

I had to format me PC this week, so I reinstalled version 18 from the original download, I am being asked to pay again. I cannot understand.

  Downloading video from any channel or you tube not functioning do not see the icon Download Video.

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Plus features.
