I bought Real player plus awhile back and it was suppose to be a one time purchase. After going through upgrades I no longer have plus. Please check my records for this e mail address and get back in touch with me regarding this subject. Thank you!

  I see an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
