Burning diac's

Presently have the preumin  18.1 software  loaded and all has worked fine until last week. When I try to burn a DVD all appears to work fine. I receive all the burn sequences notifications and thd DEV ejects. All appears to work until I try to run the Cd or DVD. There is no video or music on the disc. As I said all progress notifications appear. Have tried to burn a DVD with my firewall  disabled even though permission to passthrough is set. Have even replaced the drive. No help. Also have reloaded RealPlayer. Download works fine. Older CD's and DVD's play back works fine.

  Realplayer closes when I try to burn a CD.
