It still doesn't play Dvds

I've tried reinstalling the Real Player and when you click to play a Dvd ,it gives me a Real player stopped working error message, and just gives the option of closing out. It shuts down the Real Player program at that point. I'm logged in when this error message occurs. I'm using a Windows 8.1 with a dell laptop computer ,with a Intel core I3 processor with 6gb of ram memory.

  Something is wrong with the installation and a corrupt library database. You will have to reinstall RealPlayer to resolve this. Here are instructions to reinstall RealPlayer. 

  Please note: You will need to re-create your Music Playlists if you have created any till this point.
