Realpalyer freezes

I am using Realplayer on Windows 10 and for some time now it suddenly stops playing and freezes (when moving to the next track in a playlist) and if it is in the background I can't switch to it. 

If I kill it from the task manager and rerun it works for a while then repeats the same problem. I tried reinstalling several times but I still have the same problem.

  This is possibly due to the library database being corrupted. You will have to reinstall RealPlayer by following these steps: (These are advanced steps)

  Please note: Following these steps would require you to recreate your playlists.
