no realplayer plus features even though its been several months since i bought it.

I bought realplayer plus several months ago  and have not been  able to access the plus features yet! What gives?! I previously had it on an older computer and it worked fine after I got the bugs out of it. Please fix this for me. Thank you.

  We see an active RealPlayer Plus purchase under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer with this email address to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:
