    This is most probably because your library database is corrupted. If you don't have any music playlists created, you can follow the steps from this link to reinstall RealPlayer. If you have music playlists created, you will have to re-create them.

    When I select a video from my library (about 75% of the time) I get a dialog box stating: REALPLAYER HAS STOPPED WORKING

                      A problem has caused the program to stop working Correctly.

                     Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution

                     is available.

     

    Of course no notification is ever given. Then you have to open Realplayer again and make another attempt. This can repeat itself many times over.

    HELP.....this is ridiculous. I cannot reach "support" like I could in the old days.I just keep paying my $4.99 a month for nothing!
