Paid for Upgrade, Still have basic player
Paid the premium price to get the premium features. I installed the supposed premium software, but it is still the same basic version.
When I click on a premium, feature, I get an "upgrade Now" tab. Following that and logging in, the system says that the Plus item has been removed from basket since I have already paid for it.
I tried to download again, and it is the same basic "free" version. Where is the one I paid for?

We see an active RealPlayer Plus under your email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features .Here are instructions to sign in:
