realplayer downloader yellow tab doesn't appear, only smaller blue tab which doesn't do anything

I just upgraded to Plus and I don't get the yellow tab instead I see smaller blue tab which "says no video found on this web,"

Before with free version, always got the yellow tab and was able to download one at a time. After upgrading, first 2 days, it worked fine with up to 4 ~ 5 downloads going at the same. Speed wasn't any faster though.

1. After 3 days, now I am not getting the yellow tab. Why? How do I get the yellow downloader tab again? I reinstalled it 3 times and doesn't help.

2. What's the maximum number of multiple downloads you can do at a time?

3. Why isn't the download speed faster, it's about the same as free version. Why?

Please help me to resolve these issues!

  First off, please make sure you are signed into RealPlayer. Signing into RealPlayer with the email address associated with your Plus purchase will activate all the paid features which includes faster downloads.

  If you don't have any music playlists created, please follow the instructions from this link to reinstall RealPlayer.

  If you have music playlists and want to follow these steps, you will have recreate the playlists.

  Lastly, please reinstall your browser or make sure it is the latest version.
