    We have identified a known issue with certain videos where RealDownloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue.

    We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.

    I followed the instructions to update and enable downloads but these have yet to rectify the issue. I am still unable to download to my device.

    Can you please describe what device you are talking about? RealDownloader works only for PCs and not on mobile devices.

    UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD

    Am receiving constant "Unable To Download" messages on realplayer downloader when i try to download. This problem has been for a few days.

    Alfonso,

    Please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

    1. Open Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser
    2. Go to YouTube and play any video
    3. Click on the Download button (You will still receive a "No videos to download" message)
    4. Close the browser
    5. Restart your PC and go back to download a video now. (Step 3 through Step 5 will update the RealDownloader and you should be able to download videos again)

    If the downloader still doesn't work for you, please let us know.

    I keep getting a message "unable to download"   i cannot download video's to real player.

    I have shut down real player and logged back in and it still gives me a message "unable to download"

    Please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer and follow the instructions from the below link.
