    think its  windows 10 update ,, lots of probs  !! , you are not alone  !!  with this prob .  had blue screen  of death  on my hp … after latest  

    update .  best  hang  fire .. let realplayer/Microsoft sort it out ..  ive same problem ..  as many .  don't think fault at your end  .
