realpayer has stopped working in windows 10

I cannot play any of my downloaded video clips on realplayer,i have uninstalled and re installed but still no joy the screen just freezes and when I close the window from the taskbar I cannot reopen realplayer unless I reboot

  still no joy when re installing realplayer the installation goes ok but when asked to install additional software meaning the playpack the installation process cuts off before the end
