    Based on the information you have provided, it looks more like a Windows issue than a RealPlayer issue. Are you the "Administrator" of your Windows operating system? Please make sure you are having "admin" rights on this computer.

    In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

    Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

    I have followed the instructions but the issues reported on 01 Nov 18 still persist . Please help me resolve the problem.
