Getting my RealPlayer back
This started with me not being able to sign in because I didn't have administrative privilege I have a company that protects me from all of that bad stuff. Right now I have those privileges but I need to go back to me being the standard one.I couldn't get in so I uninstalled it then reinstalled it. I've had your company somewhere around 20 years. All with RealPlayer plus but now when I go to burn it says it disabled. I need you to set me up with that or give me instructions to do it here.Thank you for fixing that Youtube issue.I would sure like to get this taken care of today 11/20/018 Also I've never had to sign in because it's always been signed in when I open it. HELP!!!!!

It is disabled probably because you are not signed into RealPlayer. Signing into RealPlayer activates your paid features which includes DVD burning.
Looking at your account, you've set up Google as your sign in option.
