Why do you offer something you know you are going to end

I want everyone to know, the company offers a free account but if you use it they will tell you subscribe or lose you items.  When you decide you are going to leave, they won't give you the step by step instruction on how to get your items they just send emails and hide for you can not reach anyone.

  Our email notification had instructions on how to download the files from the Cloud. Here are the instructions once again.

  We don't offer phone support but we do offer community forum support and email support.
