restoring library after Microsoft 10 accidentally was restored to factory setting

my Dell Microsoft  10 was accidentally restored to factory setting. I lost all programs including my Real Player large library of videos that I use for educational purposes in power points How can I restore my files?

  Did your Windows wipe out all the files/data during the factory reset? If so, then it is possible that your documents, video files, pictures and music files all have been deleted. However, if they were able to restore the data that was stored in your Windows, you can add the files back to your library by scanning your C drive. You can follow the instructions from this link:
