Purchased Realplayer Downloader Express

I have purchased Realplayer Downloader Express, but cannot find how to download the software for the added features.  I appreciate any help on how to get Downloader Express on my computer (I still have just the free version of Realplayer).

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate the Downloader Express features. Here are the instructions to sign in:

  I purchased the realplayer downloader express , but it still show that the speed isn't unlmited

  Are you signed into RealPlayer to activate your Downloader Express features? We see that you have associated your Facebook as your login. Please confirm.

  I purchased the Realplayer Downloader Express last month (December of 2019).   It is now January 23, 2020 and the Realplayer Downloader is not allowing to use the functions of Realplayer Downloader Express.   

  I am logged in with my ID and password and it is asking me to upgrade to RealPlayer Downloader Express.   

  The program seems to have went back to the free version type features.  The program won't let me download more than one video at a time and it will not let me to select "unlimited" download speed.  It is stuck on 5 mbps for download speed.   Anytime I try to click on "Unlimited" it asks me to upgrade to Realplayer Downloader Express.

  I already purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express on December 16, 2019 for $24.99.

  Please help.
