CD/DVD drive not detected

Hello I hope you can help me I installed Realplayer Plus on my Lenovo windows 10 and when I go into DVD burning or CD burning Realplayer says it cannot detect a cd/dvd burner

  It is possible that RealPlayer was not installed properly hence the message.

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
