I just tried everything you said to do in the message below.  I had RealPlayer on two drives, my C and an additional hard drive.  I tried my best to un-install both.  I went to the web site and re-installed the free version which it seemd to do without issue.  I still had some files on my D drive but the new ones seemed to go to the C drive.  I opened RealPlayer once the installation was done and signed in so the burning software was enabled.  It asked to install some more software, which, again, seemed to go off without issues.  I then pulled up some files to burn, the number of minutes for all the files didn't exceed the alloted time for the DVD (I think about an hour and 50 minutes.  I started the burn process and sat there and watched go past the magic 15 minute mark and it made it through unscathed.  I though, "Success".  I even checked back 25 minutes and it was still encoding the files.  I came back after 35 minutes and RealPlayer was crashed again!  I don't know what to do now.  Should I delete anything on my computer that says Real?
