RealPlayer Crashes during DVD Burn process after 15 minutes.
I had basic RealPlayer on my computer. I kept getting offers to upgrade to RealPlayer Plus. I used to have it on an older computer and it worked fine several years ago. I payed the $40, downloaded the software. I made sure I was OnLine with the software. I load a number of videos to burn. It says it's "Ready to Burn", I walk through the menus to make sure it is wide screen, etc. I also make sure a DVD +R is loaded in my DVD burner. I hit "Burn" and it goes through the motions and shows progress, but it invariably just crashes and shuts down and closes itself after about 15 minutes. I've disabled the screen saver, made sure nothing is working in the background and watched it crash several times right before my eyes. I tried to CALL your bullshit tech support line and all I get is a recorded message saying to go to a web site for billing issues and then cuts me off. I'm really mad. This is no way to do business.

I just tried everything you said to do in the message below. I had RealPlayer on two drives, my C and an additional hard drive. I tried my best to un-install both. I went to the web site and re-installed the free version which it seemd to do without issue. I still had some files on my D drive but the new ones seemed to go to the C drive. I opened RealPlayer once the installation was done and signed in so the burning software was enabled. It asked to install some more software, which, again, seemed to go off without issues. I then pulled up some files to burn, the number of minutes for all the files didn't exceed the alloted time for the DVD (I think about an hour and 50 minutes. I started the burn process and sat there and watched go past the magic 15 minute mark and it made it through unscathed. I though, "Success". I even checked back 25 minutes and it was still encoding the files. I came back after 35 minutes and RealPlayer was crashed again! I don't know what to do now. Should I delete anything on my computer that says Real?
