Unable to use Real Player

When I open Real Player it says it needs to install PLUS features ( I only have the free version)  then it says it can't connect to Real Network so it freezes and I can't use it.  I've tried reinstalling, clearing temp folder, Disk clean up, I have plenty of disk space (561 GB) and the disk does not need defragmented.  What's going on?

  We see that you have RealPlayer Plus (paid product) and not the free version. 

  Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
