why does windows 10 crash when I try to play vids that I have down loaded . other ploayers work fine ??

  If these instructions didn't help, please let us know the format of the video you are trying to play. It is also possible your computer is missing certain codecs.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.
