DVD Buring
I have just wasted 5 DVDs trying to burn some videos.
Each time I get the message Unknown error 2131042562.
I make sure videos are MP 4 format.
I have also restarted computer a couple of times.
I have used your system for many years - I do know how to use it.
How can this issue be resolved?

I have uninstalled & reinstalled at least 7 times.
The issues start when I try to burn a video.
The task screen allows 1 video to go to burn, then freezes.
Cannot use screen anymore.Cannot access library etc to add more items.
After a couple of minutes an auto update screen advises that additional software is required to use system.When clicked to download it, the message advises Contacting Real and nothing happens, the page remains frozen.
The mouse cannot activate any options. Need help, very frustrating.

From your description, it looks like the file that you are trying to burn is not compatible with RealPlayer burn. Would you know what format this video is?

The format is MP 4.
The download is not completing.Last step is just not working when requesting from Real final software to make download complete.

Udate on my situation.
Uninstalled & reinstalled Real Player for about the 10th time from Free download - Real Player is fully installed (program folder confirms this).
Signed in to get started - Library appears on screen.
Activate Real Player - Real Player must install additional components to complete activation.Click to install -Auto update installs.Click on video in library (have used this before without issue) to burn - screen freezes.Video Burning pops up later - Real Player to download video burning support- click OK software update required - then screen freezes on Contacting Real. I can still download from YouTube. Firewall allows real to come through.Do need your help to resolve this tricky situation.
