Unable to down;oad

After downloading completed, message saying "Unable to download".. how can I fix this ? Software updated already.

  Do you have any firewall program installed? If yes, please "allow" RealPlayer and RealDownloader in its settings. In the meanwhile, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
