Not having realplayer plus

Paid for realplayer plus years ago when it was once only  price and now that I have down loaded it again on a new  computer it does not tell me that it is realplayer plus and does not let me download videos...…………...

  We see that you have a RealTimes Premium (Annual) subscription. This is a yearly subscription. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Premium features. Here are instructions to sign in:
