Real Player Still Not Working. Now it is not getting Downloaded saying "Error"

Hi Thanks for your Email. I did everything as per your Guidance but now the Real Player is not getting down loded.  I hope someone can help me online to Download and start working the Real Player.Everything was working perfectly up to the last week but now nothing is working. Please guide and help me resolve all the issues.
