Why does the Real Player Plus Tab Upgrade keep showing up on my lower task bar when I have the most recent version of Real Player installed??

  We see that you have an active RealPlayer Plus under your Yahoo email address. You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate your Plus features. Here are instructions to sign in:

  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040653-Signing-in-to-RealPlayer

  Signing in correctly will identify you as a paid user and you will not see the Upgrade option.
