I am unable to use Real Player at all.

I have just recently upgraded from free Real Player to the cheapest version of Real Player Premium.  Unfortunately, I cannot use it at all anymore; every time I click on it, or on any Real Player video, it freezes and cannot load.  Please, can you help me?  Premium is useless to me if it cannot be used.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
