Realplayer Downloader not downloading

When I try to download video I get a message saying there is a script error Line 215, Char 6. Unable to download video. This happens every time when I am using windows 7 and internet explorer and Intermittently on Google Chrome.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  certain videos are not being made avaialble for download

  Can you please download any video from a non YouTube website and let us know if you are able to download?

  Example - www.vimeo.com

  If you are able to download from a non YouTube website but not from YouTube, it means that they are blocking downloads and the issue is not the Downloader.

  Please confirm anyway.
