    Please follow these instructions to resolve your downloader issue.

    1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
    2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
    3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
    4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
    5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive no titles at this time)
    6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
    7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again with the titles)

    Please note: Your paid account is under guidimario55@gmail.com

    Grazie per "the instrutions" (qui sotto) che mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il problema titoli mancanti dei video in download da youtube. Rimane quello dei download multipli che non mi sono permessi, anche se non sono un "program free"...

    Noto però altre anomalie tra i miei dati registrati.

    La mia città è Pisa (city of the leaning tower) e non Lucca.

    Mi piacerebbe che il mio "paid account" fosse guidimario46@gmail.com, che è il mio account principale e non guidimario55@gmail.com come vi risulta.

    Visto poi che pago da tempo, ogni mese, i fatidici e stabiliti €4,99 vorrei capire se sono in regola e, se si, come mai sono annoverato tra i "program free".

    I am glad your Downloader issue is resolved. We have changed your paid account to be under guidimario46@gmail.com. Please make sure you are signing into RealPlayer with guidimario46@gmail.com to activate your paid features which includes multiple downloads. Here are instructions to sign in:

    Please note: We are in the process of retaining only the Country and not the city in your View My Data tool. Our product team will update your account to retain the Country code.
