RealPlayer Plus closes when I play DVD

I have realplayer plus. When I try to play a DVD, realplayer will close right after I hit the play button. I tried multiple DVDs. I tried on two different computer sand the DVD worked fine in one but the other would not play but did not close (im still working on trouble shooting that one). My computer is a small form factor LENOVO ThinkCentre with INTEL Pentium R G3220T, Windows 10 64 bit. 4gb RAM. I am using an LG USB external DVD player.I have plenty of hard drive space. I uninstalled then reinstalled. I have the latest and greatest directx and adjusted my hardware in the preferences section as well to no avail. Thanks in advance for the help.
