Real Player freezes

After a windows 10 update, my Real Player freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success. I have reduced the

size of library and ran a virus check. No problems found. Anybody have a similar problem that was solved

  Please follow these instructions and let us know if it still freezes.

  1. Open RealPlayer.
  2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences. 
  3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.

  - Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
  - Click OK twice to save the changes.
  - Close out of RealPlayer, restart it.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
