Getting message "your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available"
When I copy URL address of video into real player to download, I get the following message:
Your browser does not currently recognize any of the video formats available

Please help - Videos's play fine in YouTube. When I copy link to real player to download is when I get this message.
I've tried clicking on download button at top of screen, but when I do, I ALWAYS get an "Unable to Download" message
