real player downloader express doesn`t work

I just bought the real player downloader express option and I received a message into my email, but I do not have the feature in my account and it just show me the free version and also it ask me to choose to purchase other option but I already paid 24.99 for the option I mention in this message...

why they ask me to pay for it again...

  Plus my name is Gregorio and like I said they sent me an order confirmation but just that, do you guys send a specific code to activate it or nothing...

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer with your email address to activate your Downloader Express features. Here are instructions to sign in:
