how do I upgrade my free realplayer to realplayer express? I have signed into my account and under plans it shows I bought realplayer express. Do I not have to download realplayer express?

  You will need to sign into RealPlayer to activate Downloader Express. Here are instructions to sign in:

  After I purchased Downloader Express at a one time time charge - it all worked great. However, after many Windows 10 updates - it's no longer working and I'm downloading at the 10 mb. How do I get the faster speed back. I do not want to update my Real Player.

  Linda,

  We see that you purchased RealPlayer Downloader Express v.18. If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.

  If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

  Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Downloader Express features.
